Emperor Jinmu, the first Emperor of Japan, built his capital in the Yamato
district, Nara Prefecture now.

foundation は基礎・土台等ですが、創立・設立の意味もあるんですね。
out-of で始まる表現は多いですね。
out-of-work で失業中とか。
easygoing はおもしろい言い方ですね。
気楽に行こうぜ。みたいな感じで。
easy 〜 という表現も多いですね。
easy money あぶく銭。簡単に手にしたお金、でしょうか。
forced が強制された、強行の。
force が力・暴力・迫力・軍隊ですね。
